বিদ্রোহীদের কাছে হেরে যাচ্ছে মিয়ানমারের সেনাবাহিনী – যে সুবিধা হলো বাংলাদেশের #PBC24TV #Myanmar

বিদ্রোহীদের কাছে একের পর এক নিয়ন্ত্রণ হারিয়ে ভেঙে পড়ার আশংকায় রয়েছে মায়ানমার। প্রতিদিন সেনা ঘাঁটি হারাতে হারাতে মায়ানমারের ক্ষমতাও হারানোর পথে রয়েছে সামরিক জান্তা। এমনটি হলে , কয়েকটি প্রদেশে ভাগ হবে মায়ানমার, পাশপাশি সৃষ্টি হতে পারে নতুন কোনো দেশের। কিন্তু প্রশ্ন উঠছে, সামরিক সক্ষমতা থাকার পরেও কিভাবে বিদ্রোহীদের সঙ্গে হেরে যাচ্ছে তারা। আর মিয়ানমার ভেঙে গেলেই বা কি পরিনতি হবে কিংবা বাংলাদেশের জন্যেই বা এটি কতোটা সুবিধাজনক হবে , এসব বিষয় নিয়েই আমাদের আজকের ভিডিও।

প্রথমেই জেনে নেওয়া যাক কারা এই বিদ্রোহী গোষ্ঠী আর বিদ্রোহী থ্রি ব্রাদারহুডের উৎপত্তিই বা কিভাবে। মূলত আরাকান আর্মি(এএ), মিয়ানমার ন্যাশনাল ডেমোক্রেটিক এলায়েন্স আর্মি এবং ট্যাং ন্যাশনাল লিবারেশন আর্মি এই তিন বাহিনীর সমন্বয়ে গড়ে উঠেছে থ্রি ব্রাদারহুড অ্যালায়েন্স।

মিয়ানমারে জান্তা সরকারের বিরুদ্ধে গত অক্টোবরে শুরু হয় তিন তিনটি সশস্ত্র বাহিনীর যৌথ অভিযান। তারপর থেকে, একের পর এক সামরিক ঘাঁটি কুক্ষিগত করে জান্তা সরকারকে চাপের মুখে ঠেলে দিচ্ছে এই বিদ্রোহী গোষ্ঠী । জান্তা সরকারের বিপক্ষে এই অভিযান শুরুর পর থেকে গোটা মিয়ানমার জুড়েই চলছে তুমুল লড়াই।

ইতিমধ্যেই মায়ানমারের বেশ কয়েকটি প্রদেশ হাত হাতছাড়া করেছে সামরিক বাহিনী। ভয়ঙ্কর ব্যাপার এই যে, স্বয়ং জান্তা সরকারের সদর দপ্তর পর্যন্ত পৌঁছে গেছে বিদ্রোহীরা। এর মধ্যেই বৃহস্পতিবার শান প্রদেশের লাউক্কাই শহরে জান্তার সদর দপ্তরের এক অংশ নিয়ন্ত্রণে নিয়েছে ন্যাশনাল ডেমোক্রেটিক অ্যালয়েন্স আর্মি। আর নিয়ন্ত্রণে নেওয়ার মুহুর্তেই একটি ভিডিও ক্লিপ সামাজিক যোগাযোগ মাধ্যমে ভাইরাল হয়ে যায়।

ভিডিওতে দেখা যায়, জান্তা সেনারা তাদের অস্ত্র ও গোলাবারুদ মিয়ানমার ন্যাশনাল ডেমোক্রেটিক অ্যালায়েন্স আর্মি সংক্ষেপে এমএনডিএএ এর সেনাদের কাছে হস্তান্তর করছে। চীনের সীমান্তের একেবারেই নিকটবর্তী কোকাং স্ব-শাসিত অঞ্চল লাউক্কাই শহরেই ছিলো ক্ষমতাসীন জান্তার সবচেয়ে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ সামরিক ঘাটিটি। দখলে নেওয়ার ফলে, সেই ঘাঁটি এখন বিদ্রোহী বাহিনী তথা থ্রি ব্রাদারহুড অ্যালয়েন্সের ঘাঁটিতে রূপান্তরিত হয়েছে।

২০২৩ সালের অক্টোবরের ২৭ তারিখ চীন সীমান্তসংলগ্ন অঞ্চলের বিদ্রোহী গোষ্ঠী ট্যাং ন্যাশনাল লিবারেশন আর্মি, মিয়ানমার ন্যাশনাল ডেমোক্রেটিক অ্যালায়েন্স আর্মি ও আরাকান আর্মি অগণতান্ত্রিক জান্তার বিরুদ্ধে সম্মিলিতভাবে অপারেশন ১০২৭ শুরু করে। আর লাউক্কাই শহরের দখল নেওয়া বিদ্রোহী গোষ্ঠীর অপারেশন ১০২৭ এরই একটি নমুনা।

স্থানীয় গণমাধ্যমের তথ্য অনুযায়ী, জান্তা পরিচালিত সরকারি অফিস থেকে এক হাজারের বেশি সেনা ও সেনাদের পরিবার এবং সরকারী চাকরিজীবীদের উত্তর শানের রাজধানী লাশিওতে স্থানান্তর করা হয়েছে। তার কারণ উত্তর-পূর্ব সামরিক কমান্ডের আরেকটি সদরদপ্তর লাশিওতে অবস্থিত। তবে এই পদক্ষেপ নিয়েও খুব একটা সুবিধাজনক অবস্থাতে নেই জান্তা সরকার। তার কারণ এই সদর দপ্তরও ব্রাদারহুড অ্যালায়েন্সের সৈন্যরা ঘেরাও করে রেখেছে।
